HI Upwork
I am trying to start responding to proposals and hiring on upwork and in order to do so I have to add a card to my billing profile - all good but Upwork is having some error in this flow.
I have now tried adding multiple cards (US and UK Cards both mastercard and visa) and each time hitting save gives me the following error: "We are unable to authorize your card as the billing details you entered does not match with
your bank or credit card company. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing
bank"
Yet on my bank, each time I get a notification that says, "Completed • Upwork checked if the card is valid and can be used for future payments. No money was charged."
I even get a confirmation email from upwork that it was successful and added to my account and yet I cant proceed to start responding to proposals or start hiring
Please help!
