Agency wants to close my account.

Hello, agency wants to close my upwork account. they are saying it is an exclusive account but I am using my own email, photo and identification that i submitted for verification. How can i stop the agency to close my account?

Hi Azaj,

An exclusive agency member is the most common type of agency relationship. Your profile and proposals are branded with the agency to make the agency’s part in the working relationship clear to clients. All contract payments are paid out to the agency. The agency owner or admin has the option to remove you from the agency but your freelancer account will not be closed. You will still appear on Upwork as independent freelancers not associated with an agency. I hope this clarifies.

Thank you Arjay for responding. I had a word with them and what they are saying is they will close it as its an exlusive upwork account but the account is running on my personal email. They are not removing me rather still wanting to close the account.
