Appliance not possible

Hello,

I am new and since a few days it is not possible to apply to a job. Each time I try to apply window does not open. There ist only a blank page and a green loading sign.

Whats wrong?

thank you very much for your answer. Somehow it works now, I don't kmow why. It didn't work for more than a week.
