Automatic Schedule payment initiated not according to the setting i setup.

Today an automated schedule withdrawal is initiated to my Payoneer. I set up that withdrawal must start before having 1000usd but it initiated at 300usd. I received an email that withdrawal is initiated and to contact Upwork customer support if it is not authorized. 
Now the problem is that I have no way to contact customer support urgently and tell them that I dont want to withdraw it now. 
Because my Payoneer account is restricted and in the address verification process. It will take a few days to resolve. 
What will be the status of that withdrawal now?

You cannot cancel it. Money will be returned to your UW account if Payoneer reject it.
