Can I get back my 16 connects from a scam posting?

Hello, I applied for a job posting last week, and the poster told me to contact them on telegram. I refused to do so, and the ad was reposted some days later. I tried to report it but I cannot access the direct message. Kindly assist. Below is a link to the original posting.
