Can't change my location

Hi. I made the profile and I entered my USA address but now I'm in UAE and when I try to change the loation it gives an error after I press the update button. The error notification text consists of this "There was an error loading this page: error [738ac09e8885b00b-NRT, 738ac09e8885b00b-NRT]. Contact Upwork Support for more information."

Please help resolve this issue. Thank you
