I am trying to download the files I need to work on for my client, but everytime I try, I get a page that says:
Make sure you're logged in with the right account and try again.

I am logged in with the only account I have. It is the account the client has contracted with (obviously, as I'm literally on the page with the contract information). I have tried multiple times to download the file. I have tried logging out and back in again. I just keep getting the same error message.
