Can't finish payment

I've tried through Paypal and credit card. Got the same message several times:

"Sorry, we had an error, please try again later "

With the credit card I got to confirm a charge of 0,00 for validation purposes, but the correct amount to fun the freelancer never got through.

I'v updated all the data in my profile and still doesn't work. What can I do?
