Transactions is due

Hi. I was supposed to get a payment for the hourly contract I am working on. The payment has been added to my balance however, it is stated that 'Transactions is due and has not been paid'. 

This is the second time I'm having this kind of issue with a different client. I don't know if scam cases are now so much on Upwork. The last hourly contract job I worked, Upwork refunded all the money back to the client. Now, I think it's the same thing that will happen with this current job after I had spent weeks and so many hours working on it.
