Cannot find client message

I cannot find the client messages after the contract, But contract is now active, I can't send message client,

have an error "Clent currently doesn’t have access to Upwork Messages."

What should I do now? Will I cancel the contract??

So, if they are banned...what do we do to close things out? The contract is active. (Sorry, I'm a newb.)
