Cannot reset password on my Upwork account.

Hello, I was trying to reset my password on my Upwork account when it wouldn't let me. Just said that it didn't have the information to do so.

Not this account BTW -  it made me create a new one to access this forum to ask for support since I literally can't log into my main one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
