Change e-mail

Hello,

 

I am new to Upwork and accidentally made two accounts. I built my profile on one of them, but then realized it was the other e-mail I wanted. So I deleted this second account. But now (after days), I still can't change my email because it says its in use (even though the other account has been deleted).
