Change name

Hello. I tried 5+ times to change my last name and first name in the profile settings. Every time I wait 48 hours and the old name and surname are returned. Can you help with this? I am ready to provide all the necessary documents.

Same issue here. i have requested many times but it was denied without any reason. i have no idea how to solve this issue. i was told many times at live chat that upwork suppot team will contact to assist. Not yet.
