Close the dispute

Hi Upwork Team! I have a contract started some days before, the work was on a live website. I worked for about 12 hours for it and when about 80% of the work was done, the client suddenly canceled the project and requested a full refund. I opened the dispute and an Agent is assigned to us. He helped us to resolve the issue and the client accepted the dispute and release the payment to me. But the dispute ticket is still opened. I messaged the agent very times but he is not responding from 4-5 days. Kindly close that ticket, so I can freely continue to my work, thanks.
