Contracts paused after payment has been made

We had an issue with our credit card and it was blocking Upwork payments. Our profile was suspended. Payments have been unblocked and the payment has been made. However, contracts are showing up as paused on our freelancer's end. I assume that our account still has an issue. How can we fix this? I don't see a way to contact Upwork support for issues like this.
