Deleting an old account that is using my phone number

So a year or two ago I set up a freelancing account. I had an e-mail set up specifically for this account that no longer exists (deleted through Google). The problem is: that old account uses the same phone number, so I cannot use my phone number to verify anything on my new and improved account. 

Please help. I've not been able to contact any human support team.

"Improved accounts" is ToS violation. Possible that all your bots will be banned for that.

You need to reach support and recover your first account.
