Did not receive connects after interview

Hi!

I got interviewed around 36 hours ago for 2 PROPOSALS that I submitted. (Did not work with these clients before), but I only received 10 connects. Can you please check?

Also If I get invitation from clients who I never worked with, do I get connects?

Hi Umair,

When you are awarded Connects they will be added to your account within 24 hours. Free Connects are awarded in the case when you submit a proposal to a client, win an interview, and reply.  We are not awarding Connects in cases where you are invited to interview for a job post without submitting a proposal first.

Hi there,

Yesterday I got a mail that notified me "you've received 10 monthly free connects"(screenshot attached bellow). But I don't find that additionals when go to appy to a job. After getting this mail I applied to only 1 job which cut only 2 connects. So now it should show 12 connects total but has only 2(screenshot attached bellow). So what's the missing there! Can anyone help me plz?

I checked and it looks like the monthly Connects were already added to your account and you can check them here. As for winning an interview, please know that Connects are automatically added to your account. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to be added.

Hi Sara,

I can confirm that for one of the jobs you applied for, you should be receiving the Connects within 24 hours. However, there's another job in which I can see the Connects weren't applied, one of our agents will be reaching out to you via a support ticket to assist you further with that one.

Please keep in mind that you can't win more than 50 free Connects in a 7 days period. This is the reason why you didn't receive the bonus of the 10 free Connects for your most recent proposal/interview. Thank you.
