Hello. I have a very weird message from a "client", I already reported but nothing is happening. The client says that he pays a commission, noting in Upwork but nothing is happening. He asked for personal information,  I already reported but nothing is happening.

I thought that this person would be blocked, but it is not happening.

No more your action needed. You have reported it and rejected rules violation. Block client and move forward.

If Upwork don't want do own job theb you cannot force it.
