I couldn't upload an image to my portfolio

Hi, is there something wrong with Upwork today? I've been trying to create another portfolio and upload 2 images but its been 10 minutes and its still showing "uploading <insert image filename> 0%" and couldn't click review because its disabled. Pls help.

Trying to reload it and its been more than 5 minutes and its still loading (see attached image). Its weird, I can attach files and images here but not in my portfolio. Can anyone help me???

OK I tried opening my laptop and was able to upload images as I was uploading it earlier using my phone. I'm not sure if uploading portfolio images only works on a laptop/PC.
