Direct to Local Bank Withdrawal method is inactive

Hello

I want to get paid and i have my own local bank account that i added to my Withdrawal method but it's not woking and shwoing inactive label.

i completed my Tax information , Taxpayer identification , Tax identification number , Tax information - additional request

and all is good to recieve my money but still not able to.

Kindly help me asap.
