Discrepancy on hourly rate

It says on Bruce  P that his rate is $35.00 but underneath it says $30.00 I want the document I sign to say $30.00 before I agree to it. He is fine with this rate.

Please make this change ASAP, so we may move forward.

Hello Rosemary,

I believe you're probably confused. The rate a freelancer has on their profile is different from what you agree on in your contract with them. Once you and your freelancer have agreed to a rate, you may send them an offer with said rate, which they can accept and your contract with them will start. You may want to check out this help article to get familiar with how everything works.
