E-invoice (mandatory in several UE country)

Greetings, I need some assistance about invoice: from the start of this year, in Italy, it's mandatory to emit e-invoices, and seems Upwork standard of invoice does not follow this standard. Can you please confirm something about it? Maybe I need to emit a second invoice from my side to be sure to follow my country rules?
