Education section shown as incomplete

I am working to set up my Upwork account and, according to the profile progress status, my Education section is marked as incomplete; however, I have entered all of the required information for that section. I even deleted it and re-entered it but I am still seeing that my profile is incomplete. Help topics and searches have been no help as they simply tell me that there is a technical issue but provide zero information as to how to get support or resolve the issue myself. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Kristina,

The education section is one of the optional items you can add to complete your profile. It accounts for 10% of your profile completeness percentage (20% max if you add two education items). You're seeing the suggestion to add an education item because you currently only have one added. Alternatively, You can add any of the other suggested items you see to complete your profile.
