Escrow funds still not received 15 days later.

Hi!

I submitted work for payment 15 days ago, the funds have been in escrow for a while. The client has not responded to me and I do not see anything in earnings or pending earnings. As I understand it, the funds remain in escrow for 14 days and are released to me if there has been no contact in that time.
