I am not receiving a verification code

Dear team,
Please note that I am not receiving the phone text verification code as many other people have mentioned and I am not able to properly use your app because of this, I would really appreciate it if someone from your team can help me solve this problem, thank you.

Thank you, Joanne. As looks like this issue is very common at your platform. A lot of people are suffering because this issue and leaving this platform as it can't be used properly.
