I have subscribed to freelancer plus, I was told in the offer that when i invite an client to Upwork i will be charged 0% fee, and my invited clients would be able to rate me and review me. I want to know the whole process and steps regarding how to invite clients for 0% fee and how can they rate and review me after i complete their job is completed.
