Like many others, the french Tax ID verification process is not working. I can't use the local number starting with "FR" because of the input validation rule, and if I use the european number format (which I have validated on VIES website to be a correct VAT number), I receive an email "We were unable to verify the tax ID number(s) you submitted".
For the life of me I could not manage to open a support ticket for this from the chatbot, even though it kept telling me that I needed to open one... You should probably also look into that, very frustrating user experience 😕
