Hi Fatma,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I tried but wasn’t able to replicate the issue you’re describing. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cookies or using a different browser? If the issue still persists, could you please share the following information so that we can forward it to our team to be investigated further?

Hi there Annie,
I was actually having the same issue, with the message, Sorry, something went wrong, please try again later. I first used a chromium browser and then tried Safari. I was using an iPad. My iOS version is 16.7.8. Here is a screenshot.

I am getting the same error when trying to post a small job. I have tried 3 different browsers and my mobile phone. Same issue.
There is no issue if i choose 'feature my job for $29.99' only the standard job '$9.99'.
I definitely dont want to pay an extra $20 becuse there is an error on the website

Hello!
I have the same issue as Johnson above, when trying to publish a photo portfolio that is saved as a draft. I also get the error "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." (check attachment).
I use pictures that are each less than 10MB (limit) and have maximum dimensions of 4000px (limit).
I see in other public forum posts (e.g. [1]) that support recommends clearing the browser history and cookies and trying again. I tried and nothing changed for me. Changing browser from Chrome to Edge did not make any difference either.
Not sure if there is some workaround that support could share with us. Tried talking with Upwork bot but it never actually created a ticket for me.
