How to Contact Talent working on Task

Hi 

I have a Task on Which Talent (Mr. Aaron James) is Working.

Now it has been 3 Days, I  have been sending Messages to him but I  heared No Feedback or Reply from him. What to Do.  I have Done following to Contact him

-Messages to Resume Work

-Created a Zoom Call - But Not Acceptance

Can Upwork  Support Team Contact him & ask him to Reply on Message as I don't have his Cell  Number
