I want to claim my previous Upwork account, which is currently under an agency that I worked for in the past. I asked them to provide me access to the account but they are unresponsive. I want to claim the account back so that I can deactivate this one and start using that my original account. I also have link to that account that I can share. I request Upwork's team to help me.

Hi Arjay,
The ticket was created on 12th April, Friday. And, today is 17th April, Wednesday.
There has been nothing done yet from Upwork's team. My problem hasn't been solved.
A constant back and forth - "We are into this", "We will get back to you with an update", and so on.
What's frustrating is that Upwork team has now stopped answering to me. I have asked for an update three times now but there's no reply.
That's very very shameful.
