I completed and send transleted file but when they pay me , they want money 72$ or 100$

I have a wrong with some people about paying.I have proposals about translated , then they send me message , they want to connect Via telegram. They described job detail on telegram  , then I completed and send task. But when they pay my money, they want money from me. I want to get paying Via upwork. They did not accept that.

I could not take my money.
