I couldn't accept an offer from a recent client offer.

Hi, I recently got an offer from a client however the accept offer button cannot be clicked. It appears that accepting the offer is currently unavailable due to the client's suspension. Please let me know how to resolve this thank you.

Hi Danielle,

 

If there's an issue with your client's account, they will need to coordinate with our team directly to resolve this as soon as possible so that you can proceed with working on the job the client offered you to do.

Hello Joanne.
I'm having the same issue with accepting an offer from a client, he says that he hasn't got any problems with the account and he is currently dealing with another freelancer for a different job and no issues appeared for him.

Is there a way to check this matter, please?
