I need refund for my freelancer plus membership deduction. How can I get the refund?

I activated my freelancer plus membership a month ago. I didn't want to proceed with this membership. Next month, I was charged automatically for the membership plan. After the deduction, I have downgraded my membership to freelancer basic, and now need refund for the $20 refund. How to proceed for the refund?
