I want to maintain two accounts with the same name and skills

Hello, 

I'm in a dilemma and stress, anxiety, depression everything possible on earth. 

The issue is, I work in a company where my upwork profile is created with my real name and identify and that's a verified profile.  But I also have a personal upwork profile which I created for personal use.

I had no idea that having multiple upwork profiles with same name is against up work 's terms.  

Now I seek a solution. I can't ask my company to close my upwork cause they might fire me neither I can close my personal account because I want to focus on my personal profile from now on, I can not wait  for the time to build my career on upwork when I leave the company.  I can't even use specialist profile under my general profile because ultimately I have two ids with one name. So having a specialized profile makes no sense either.  Because it also has to be  under only one profile. 

So I request a solution because I dont want to  break rules intentionally.  

Please replay to this post. What can be done.  I don't want to close my personal account that's a priority. Please help
