I can login my Upwork accoumt on my mobile phone but can't use it on my laptop. All of the buttons on my laptop are inactive. Because of that, I can't reach my account. Please help me to get my account back.

I'm able to login to Upwork using my mobile device and one of my laptops. Unfortunately, the laptop I consider better and faster, I'm unable to login to it. Not sure why. Has anyone run into this issue?
