Info related to freelancer plus oplan

Hi,Upwork community 

I bought freelancers plan on 25 September 2023 when will I get monthly 80 connects.I mean will I get them on 25 October 2023 respectively.Thsnks in advance for your help.

Hi Khadija,

That's correct; the date you upgraded your plan becomes the first day of your membership's billing cycle, and that's when it renews every month. You should be able to see this by going to Settings > Membership & Connects.
