Hello,
I was just verified today and was in the process of submitting a proposal for a job. But when I hit submit, an error message come up on the top of the page saying it can't submit my proposal because my account is suspended. I tried the help chat but all it did was give me a canned response saying to submit a proposal if I think my account suspension is in error. I do just that but then get an email saying that the account I submitted the appeal for "doesn't exist or is still active (not suspended)". If it's not suspended, then why am I getting an error saying it is? Why can't I submit any proposals? And why can't I talk to a real person?

Thank you. The issue was resolved and now I can submit proposals.
