Meeting the criteria of TOP RATED but it still not display

I read some support article on Upwork and I realize that my profile have reached the criterias of Top Rated (13 of 16 eligible week; at least 1; maintaining over 90% JSS...) but the badge have not showed yet. Could you please help me to check my account?
