Message issue

Hello Folks,

I've encountered a recent issue with my messages in the chatbox. It appears that whenever I compose a message, it vanishes automatically.

Is anyone else facing the same issue.

Please try the steps below:

• Open a different browser and try again - we support Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari
• Try using “Incognito” or “Private” mode on your browser

If using a different browser and/or incognito/private mode worked for you, clearing your cookies should help to fix the issue you’re experiencing:

2. If the issue persists, you may need to clear your full browser cookies/cache > and restart your browser to try once more
