My Buyer is unable to leave a feedback after completing the first milestone

My Buyer is unable to leave a feedback after completing the first milestone of our project.

What's the cause of this?

The project is in milestone.

Hello Timmy,

 

Thank you for using our Community platform.

 

Kindly note that You and your client can leave each others a feedback after the project ended.

 

Alternatively, Your client can choose to proactively give mid-contract feedback or you can request feedback from your client when the contract meets these terms:

  • The contract started at least 30 days ago.
  • The client has made a payment on the contract within the last 30 days.
  • The client has not provided feedback in the last 30 days.

If your contract meets all of the above mentioned criteria and your client is still unable to leave a feedback, please let us know so we can investigate the matter further.
