My Client has to pay me $4000 dollars and I found out that he is a scammer

Hey I just wanna say that I submitted my project and found out that he is a scammer and I worked s hard for a week by just sleeping 5 hours a day what should  I do and upwoUpwork said that they will meditate on disputes if the client did not pay me after completing the project
