My Mobile app Push notification is not working (on Vivo y53s)

I don't know why but I don't get notified whenever I have a new message on Upwork

I'm sorry to hear you aren't receiving notifications on your phone. If you have confirmed your phone notification settings aren't the issue, can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Upwork App? Let us know if the issue persists after you've tried that.
