TDS deducted at 5% although I've provided pan details

I'm a registered pan user in India. I've added my pan details earlier as well. Still TDS is deducted at the rate of 5% in my previous projects as well as my new projects. Kindly reduce it to 1% as I have already provided my details and refund me the extra amount deducted as I had already added my pan details but it disappears automatically. I've added them again and it's going through verification

As long as you have entered valid PAN details successfully, i.e. it was accepted and you didn't get an error message, you're good to go! No further action on the Upwork platform is necessary.
