My account isn't getting re-opened.

I am logged out of my Freelancer account, but my account is fully functioning..i'm getting messages from clients, invitations as well and i'm even replying them via email but when i try to log in upwork says my account is close and i need to re-activate it, and when i click on the re-activate link sent to my email it doesn't work.
