Need help on custom certificate of earning for last two years

I need help from Upwork to provide a custom certificate of earning. I consulted with my professional CA(Tax consultant), and he asked to get a declaration from Upwork for the USD amount paid to me for the year financial year 2022 and 2023 are in convertible foreign exchange. This will help to settle tax-related matters in my country.
