No access to Freelancer Plus group or Coaching yet

Hello!

I subscribed to Freelancer Plus a few does ago (it's been more than 48 hours). I don't have my invite accepted to the group, neither do I have access to personal coaching, yet! Anyone face something similar, or have any ideas on how to resolve this.
