This is the second time I am trying to contact the support team and no one replies.
I sent an email on Aug 30th asking for assistance to set up ACH payment instead of CC, which is not giving me this option in my portal, and so far no one replied. 13 days. I just received an atumated message with no help.
It is frustrating to deal with a company with this size and such limited customer service.
