None of the payment methods are working

Hi there. I'm trying to purchase the fixed fee logo design package and none of 3 of my payment methods are working. These are Revolut, Portuguese bank and Ukrainian bank. With Revolut, though the bank verified the method, Upwork shows that the payment method cannot be verified. With Portuguese bank, no notification is coming to the bank at all. With Ukrainian bank, the payment is verified, then first the payment was completed, but Upwork website failed to redirect from the checkout page and later the payment returned.
I'm pretty sure that the problem is on the Upwork side and I don't know how to deliver this feedback to the team. Super hard to find anything specific to my case in the support data.
