Project Catalog Images Not Uploading

Hello,

I've been trying to add photos to my project catalog and i followed all the guideline regarding the size and dimensions and i keep getting an error message that states either we can't read your image make sure you're using the correct file format or that the dimensions are incorrect.

i tried clearing the cache, cookies, and using a different browser and i am still getting the same error.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please share a screenshot of the error message from your end so that we can look into this further? Please also share the file format and dimensions of the photo you are trying to add.

Its a JPEG File with a 4:3 aspect ratio and pixels 2304 x 1728. Attached is an image of the error.
