On Affidavit of Unchanged Status: Change of permanent residence address

Hi community and support team at Upwork,

I am a Singapore Permanent Resident who recently moved to another place within Singapore this year (2023). With regards to my tax information, I could not complete and agree with the Affidavit of Unchanged Status, since the information on my residential address was not unchanged throughout the period beginning 1st of January 2022 up until to date. Could someone please help advise? Thanks.
